Old school done right! You can do pretty much anything in this nice gym. I am interested in serious strength training and this is one of the few gyms that really suited my needs. They have two good quality squat racks and several OK barbells. They also have good sturdy bench presses. There is a lot of plates, dumbbells and benches. This place is pacious so you can do all your stretching, jumping, yoga etc.. they have a good number of machines and cardio equipment for those interested. Read moreI have worked out at South Campus for almost 2 years now. I love the classes especially PIYO, Bootcamp, and spin. My children have enjoyed going to kids club as well. I am impressed with how the staff helps my children feel comfortable and genuinely cares about how they are doing and wanting to make them smile.
