Griner Jewelry — Local services in Moultrie

I wasn’t called to be notified that the work I requested couldn’t be completed. I called them the day before pickup to check on the piece and they had to call back a couple hours later to tell me it couldn’t be done. When I expressed my disappointment that I had to call them to receive that information, I was bombarded with another staff member telling me that she did call and the jeweler telling me why it couldn’t be done. I didn’t have a problem with the work not being done and I understand why he didn’t do it, I’m disappointed that I had to call them first before they let me know it couldn’t be done. I didn’t appreciate everyone in the store coming to the counter when the young lady releasing my ring was doing a great job empathizing with me and apologizing that I didn’t receive the call first. I absolutely LOVE and ADORE Griner’s Jewelry. I wanted a custom made wedding set and with my visions of what I was wanting and with their knowledge and excellent craftsmanship they made it happen and the piece exceeded my expectations! I have since moved away and they are still the ONLY jewelry company I will allow to touch my jewelry. If I’m wanting other pieces we text or call them and they find, get or make what I want and even mail it to me all the way in Texas. Their customer service is out of this world and they’ve opened after closing and stayed open late just for me if I was in town and needed to go in for something. No other jeweler has touched my wedding set not even to clean it. I always go in when I travel back home and let Griner’s do it cause I trust them whole heartedly! I can’t recommend...

We looked several places for wedding rings. Had everything picked out elsewhere and some family recommended us to, at least, check out Griner’s. We didn’t want to make the drive to Moultrie but soon after realized it was well worth the drive. Not only did they get us taken care of, their price beat everywhere else we’d gone. Amy was awesome! She kept us up to date throughout the whole experience and was very knowledgeable. We showed up just before closing to pick up an order and we’re taken care of with a smile.
