I use a speech to text program. It will have errors. Common sense and logic must dictate. I'm not going to go back and fix every error.
It feels wrong of me to give out this much stars. I don't think I've ever done that. I am a very honest and hard critic. I prefer honesty above All things. This feels wrong to me even though I am still being honest. Okay I went back and readjusted the stars to be more precisely accurate. Now that feels better. Just take note of that it's not that anything could be any better because there was no needed situation to ask for anything more. I don't feel like explaining myself when I've already have below.
Yes the food was a little expensive, unreasonable, irrational, illogical. A irritant to be honest. However the quality of food was outstanding. I did not think I would enjoy it, I was wrong, I did not think it would be filling because hardly anything is, I was wrong I am not accustomed to being wrong. It was actually nice to be wrong this time. I was satisfied with not only the flavor, yet the portions of well. Still a level too expensive for my taste. It doesn't seem logical reasonable or rational for the cost of that much.
The service lady was obviously nice that wasn't anything really to do except for your job, I think that's why it feels wrong. Because doing your job is two and a half Stars. Doing better than your job is three stars. Going above your call of duty is four stars and going above your call of duty with consistency and greatness of integrity is five stars. So I want to fix that. I'm going to fix that. She did really good make no mistake. However there was no need to go above the call of duty there is no situation for at the time so therefore she didn't. However since I am very very skilled in reading people I'm sure that she would have up to a certain point unless it was about a few specific situations which I'm not going to discuss here. Still the fact remains I need to correct the Stars, even though she did excellent and would have done excellent if the situations are different. I will also say even upon the first meeting I can tell she has dealt with some seriously hateful biased recently within the last few months that has nothing to do with the reality she was standing up for. She was technically right I think if I am reading the situation correctly. However most people are not that perceptive to know a lot about a person within a few moments. I am. Sometimes I know things before the person actually realizes that I know, even sometimes before they know of themselves. Sometimes I think I'm wrong, then I find out that I'm wrong about being wrong. Moving on.
The atmosphere was fine. Nothing to write home about nothing to complain about. It was average. In some cases better than average. There's nothing that can be done any further. That is logical reasonable and rational. It simply is what it is. It has nothing to do with the people that work there or even own it. It just simply is. I suppose to be factually accurate you would have to be better than your own home to get four stars. It would have to be heaven to get five. And since that is not likely to ever happen, common Sense must dictate.
Logic...
Read moreBig big props to West Coast Vegan Grill. A+++ Opening up Moultrie GA's one and only plant based vegan restaurant is a major task and they are doing such great job offering a wide variety of menu items for people who eat all diets to enjoy. The service is outstanding. Always great communication and timely service. There's even a small table or two you can eat at outside if you want to bring your fur babies. The boss is always open to recommendations and is so accommodating she has totally improved all aspects of this new business. I've been going to WCVG since they opened. In the beginning there were some hiccups (as expected with opening up a new restaurant) but everything from the food, to the service, and the atmosphere has greatly improved. If you tried WCVG when they first opened I highly recommend trying them again. You won't be disappointed. Everything they make is really yummy. You can tell they really care about the food they're putting out. They also make a lot of their food from scratch including their bread which is really appreciated since most vegan restaurants tend to just reheat packaged and processed foods, which they do have the option for, but a lot of it seems to be made in house. My favorite menu items are their "fish" tacos and cauliflower wings. Thats my go to order for quality, flavor, price, and portion size. I think eating more plant based is something we can all incorporate into our lives no matter what diet we choose to eat regularly and I think this is a great place to start & discover just how diverse, exciting, and actual delicious vegan food is. I honestly cant say enough good things about West Coast Vegan Grill. I hope they succeed and that the community loves WCVG as much as I do and that we start to see more plant based and vegan options in the area....
Read moreThis restaurant gets a higher score for being the only true vegan restaurant in the middle of nowhere. With that said, they truly could earn it themselves with a little more of something missing. This establishment checks off several indicators that it should be fantastic, but given the interaction with other customers, it seems to earn just a passing grade locally. Proudly displaying veteran owned, female owned, and black owned on Google, I expected a flavorful experience of bold creative dishes, honed to a fine science, leaving me eager to try something new each visit. What I got was made so simple. You could tell which off the shelf items were used to make it. With 2 exceptions, the fish tacos were fantastic; even with the obvious product, this dish was made fresh and packed with a real authentic flavor. The fried cauliflower was life changingly good with the batter used being what should be this restaurants staple of fried expectations. (But add celery salt to the mix, please!)
For the chicken sandwiches, please consider upgrading the patty if you do not want to make your own. There is one that's more expensive, but also brings the quality to justify raising your price point of it a little. And apparently, I had a broccoli and cheese soup that didn't fit the normal bill, as it was mostly empty broth, but was rich in flavor. The example could be used as a solid base if you built it up like a wedding soup with some beans and pasta thrown in, as well as a serving of fresh grilled broccoli thrown in as it is plated. You have a team here that wants to do well. I can tell you also want to do well here. Keep your manager close, she cares a lot. I hope to visit again next time...
