My experience with this store and John, the owner, was outstanding. There were no pushy sales tactics. I like to support small businesses and buy local, when feasible; and, in this case, doing so turned into an extra blessing. I bought a split-king mattress base on a Thursday evening. John delivered it and set it up, using my own king mattress, the next morning. I called John the following day about an issue with the foot end of my mattress not conforming to the base. It was not the fault of the base nor the set-up. John returned the following day, a Sunday, and placed a ratchet strap around the mattress and frame in the hope it will train my mattress to bend where I'd like.

The frame has been very helpful in allowing me to get more sleep, which was greatly disturbed by recent knee replacement surgery. I was able to fall asleep and remain asleep longer on my recliner than laying flat on my bed after the surgery, which I learned is a common problem. I never before gave serious consideration to having an adjustable bed; however, I decided to see if one would help. It has, much more than I had hoped.
