I wanted to have Flowers delivered to our Granddaughter for her 13th Birthday. Unfortunately, time got away from me, and I worked late the nite before, and it was Mother's Day Weekend. Fortunately, I found Hellers Flowers! They are AMAZING!! Not only did I call right before they closed, but she created a BEAUTIFUL Arrangement of all her Favorite Flowers and Colors, added a big Ballon, and a Large Stuffed Unicorn, which my Granddaughter loves Unicorns! Then she delivered it promptly to the house! I'm shocked and amazed at the personal customer service. All the great ideas she suggested, my Granddaughter was THRILLED! I will definitely be using only Heller's Flowers from now on. It's the personalized customer service, and the attention to detail! My sisters and I ordered two pink rosebud arrangements to be on the alter of Simpson United Methodist in memory of our beloved mother. To our shock the arrangements were nothing like what we had ordered and in fact the roses were half dead (brown petals) and the petals were literally falling off the stems. Hellers should be totally embarrassed for even making arrangements of dead roses. We requested a partial refund (although a full refund should have been processed) and we have heard NOTHING! I ordered a beautiful arrangement online since the obit said services were the next day and the shop was closed. I upgraded to deluxe arrangement and the cost was $57.90.
