I bought a pair of boots from Ruttenberg's before traveling home to Hawaii. After 2 weeks of use the soles started peeling off at the heels. I called Ruttenberg's and let the kind lady that answered the phone know, the soles of my resently purchased boots were peeling off, she immediately replied with "send them back to us and we'll take care of them for you". Great place to shop, very friendly and helpful people. It's the mom and pop store that I go and buy all my clothes & boots. If more people would shop at these mom and pop stores when they're only shopping for one item there would be more of them open.
