Extremely disappointed in this business! Although it was very easy to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to look at our refrigerator, I was not made aware that all of this businesses work is subcontracted out. The subcontractor that was sent out showed up 2 hours late, did not introduce himself as a subcontractor of the business that I scheduled an appointment with, did not have the correct parts even though I provided all make, model, and information regarding the problem we were having to Mt. Airy Appliance Services, and told me that I can pay him directly which was not made clear when I scheduled my original service appointment. I had to call Mt. Airy Appliance Repair to make sure that this was the correct protocol and I was not being scammed. If you are going to subcontract out your work, customers need to be made aware of this upfront, told who the subcontractor will be, and as a business, I would think you would want to use a reliable subcontractor. The subcontractor has now been to our house 4 times (late every time and tried to blame me the customer for having written down the wrong time slot) and the problem still is not fixed. I would NEVER recommend this...

I absolutely love this little gem of a gift shop! Nestled in the heart of downtown, it’s the perfect spot to find unique and thoughtful gifts. The shop itself is super quaint and cute, with a warm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. I also really appreciate the personal touch! There’s only a couple folks running the shop, so it feels much more intimate, and you get great one-on-one service.

This was a very disappointing experience due to the misleading website. We needed a repair on our dishwasher, and like the website says, they service everything. After they took our appointment and our credit card for the $85 service fee, they called the day before the appointment and told us the person who works in this area only does refrigerators. If you don't work on dishwashers, don't state on your website that you work...
