I must say that Ray the best he’s calm and is able to handle all my needs. He’s my favorite person in the shop. I love how his wife does my toenails. I will say last time I was in I was a little put off. I went to pay with my credit card and she saw some cash and said pay cash pay cash. I scraped up every dollar I could find out of my wallet and paid cash. And then I heard tip tip. I said I don’t have any more money take my card and I’ll tip you cash… I don’t like awkward, money exchanges and also in my opinion I am paying a pretty decent amount for gel, pedicure or gel polish change. I I don’t feel like a tip should be expected it should be earned. And by that I mean just a few extra minutes of a foot or leg massage which I think the last pedicure I don’t even remember getting a massage. I called before I went and I asked how much they charge to paint kids nails, she said $5. I so okay I'll be there soon. When I got there the lady said are you the one that called, I said yes. She said oh it's going to be $7 because I thought you meant little kids but they are big and she starting laughing! I said um excuse me they are kids 10 and 13 smh. Then she said oh 7 and up we charge $7, I said ok that's fine but that should of been explained to me on the phone, all the other nail salons I called asked for there age and then told me the price. The customer service here is horrible. I came to this place twice while I was pregnant and they told me it was only a 20min wait both and I ended up waiting 40min. So I left both times. Today is Mother's Day and i decided to try this place out a third time. I wanted a mani and pedi. After asking how much is gel polish for pedi, the lady told me she didn't have matching gel and regular polish for my pedi. So I decided to just get reg polish so my mani can match my pedi. Then she showed me a WHOLE collection of matching gel polish and reg polishes! She had an attitude while she was doing my nails. Buffering forcefully, knocking her utensils over.
