I am a frequent customer who purchased doors from Tarheel hardware. I measured for the doors the way Tarheel hardware instructed me to, and the way they instructed me to measure turned out to be very wrong. I returned the door, and was charged a 10% restocking fee for the misinformation they gave! I will never buy from Tarheel hardware again, and I have also informed my many contractor friends about how poorly they conduct their business! Do not buy from...

I called Tarheel Mobile Home Supply asking if they had screening for windows and they said "Yes instead of you buying the material, we can fix it for you for a couple of bucks" but when I got there to pick it up they then say I have to wait a week for it. Omg the Hell k been throug.. please God.. Thank you! Tar heel I been their too many times but going through so much... Great ppl, very helpful it was very unesssisary for me o have to have to fix pipes, element hot water heater,, battery on truck etc. I'm so ashamed!...
