CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Mount Penn

This was my second time going in to use their printing services. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. This experience was much better than before even though there was nothing wrong with my first visit. The difference was the person behind the counter. Things took extra long on my first visit & I was the only person in line. It was because of his lack of knowledge of running the computer system that goes with the printer. Today’s visit was opposite. The rep navigated his way quickly on the computer and I was out of the store in a matter of minutes. Compared to the first visit in which I was there almost 15 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with this CVS location. Every time I come, the staff tells me the store is “closed,” even during normal business hours.
