This CVS has got to be the worst by far! I have been coming here for years and it has never improved and I only come here because of its close by proximity otherwise, this is not the place. One thing I’ve noticed with this Medication pharmacy is they could care less about a patients duty to take their medication. Their head pharmacist is AWARE of the fact that their displayed hours don’t reflect their actual CVS hours and their hours displayed online don’t reflect their actual pharmacy hours lmao! and no one has done anything to fix this. This can cause undue stress and relapse if this cvs pharmacy location has already Filled the prescription. this makes it difficult for another CVS pharmacy location to fill out a prescription last minute that has already Been filled at different location. 2 different sets of people showed up for medications past 5 o’clock on a Sunday unaware that CVS pharmacy was closed at 5 not 6 as displayed on google. Leaving multiple people without possible life saving medication. Also known for Many many...
Read moreJust today I had the displeasure of dealing with this pharmacy. I was in the emergency room yesterday and was diagnosed with the Flu. I was released around 8 pm. Upon driving to cvs there were typed notifications that they’re no longer open until 9 pm only 6 pm. So the next morning when they opened I returned with my prescriptions. I was told it would be an hour and a half to fill. I returned 3 hours later to learn it still wasn’t completed. I was told they would expedite the order and circle around. I went to get lunch giving them ample time to complete the order. Upon my return to the pharmacy yet again, I was told they’re out of stock for the main prescription until tomorrow and the other main prescription they no longer carried but had a substitute they could fill if I gave them more additional time. This is negligence on a pharmaceutical level! This is my health. Finally, guess what prescriptions did get filled…. Tylenol and Ibuprofen! Go...
Read moreWorst pharmacy ever! Had the doctor call a script in today at 9:30am. My wife had to run out for something at 6:00pm so I asked her to grab my script which I really need because I’m out. She called me then to tell me it wasn’t ready, but would be in 20 minutes. Unfortunately for me she couldn’t wait because other things going on. Conveniently for CVS the timing was so close that we were just 20 minutes early to get it. More like they didn’t do it and “oh no they’re here” it will take 20 minutes for us to do it. Eight and a half hours is plenty of notice to have a simple script ready. I’m frustrated because there is no reason it wasn’t ready yet and it really screws me and my schedule now tonight and for tomorrow morning. Another trip to the pharmacy when it should have been taken care of by now. This place could be worse than...
