I dont know if this is the exact one i went to to be fair. However, i would never use them again unless i had to. I went in for a gas cap. The girl knew nothing, she was so confused. That's management's fault. The manager came over and helped her. She went in back. She brings a gas cap. Something told me to just look to make sure.IT WAS USED.Manager quickly gave me another one. I called the company. i believe they said they were going to have a dm call me and give money back, and i think, a coupon or something. NEVER CALLED ME. Now i dont think i even got the receipt. Money is so tight, and i threw it in my trunk. i think it's not even the right one. I got one from the dealer. So in my opinion i personly would try to avoid them. I went into the store to get transmission fluid for my Acura. I was not aware that there are codes on the back of the bottle. I thought the info would be on the front. I went up to the counter there were two employees standing there just talking. One of them asked what I needed. I told him what I was looking for the other guy told him you may need to look at the back of the bottle for the code. The first guy says can't you just look it up in the computer rather than going to look like he was told. The second guy did look it up and tells me it is a Honda/Acura only fluid. Really miss Larry. He was the best and most knowledgeable.. multiple times now I’ve had subpar experiences.. some employees are good. Bold white manager not the greatest attitude wise, but neither really is the dark skinned one I believe above him (this is more knowledge and efficiency based), many employees are WAY better. Some don’t even know how to check a battery that’s not sold in store. It was never like that when Larry was here. I really wish he was back, he was both a pleasure to see and he could fix and knew literally EVERYTHING. We loved him so much.
