My work as a coach at a prestigious Utah Snowsports and Summer Activities resort exposes me to a huge and continuously changing range of temperature and weather. My first Fortress product to try was mittens specifically because it was impossible to keep any other gloves or mittens from freezing up when they got wet. The Fortress mittens solved that problem. Since then I have acquired many Fortress products and they are all amazing. My most recent acquisition is the BasePro 1/4 zip base layer and I LOVE it. It is my one and only top base layer now, replacing as many as 6 layers previously. It is comfortable across a wide range of conditions and I wear just a light uniform jacket over it on all but the coldest 0 degree or lower days when the warmer uniform parka fits the conditions. I ordered clothes for a December Buffalo Hunt on the Henry mountains. They were supposed to be delivered by a brown truck and they didn't show up so we called them and they are worthless and didn't resolve anything. We tracked it and all they wrote for the address was West Valley and signed a name with no picture taken of the package on my porch. I called Fortress and my product is coming by another carrier. They were quick to respond and a great pleasure to work with and for that alone they will have all my business going forward. I would give them more than five stars if they were available. I am left disappointed that after 2 emails to your company's email addresses, I have yet received a reply regarding my order exchange instructions. While these instructions are available on your website, i would like to know and confirm that an exchange is ok.

As such, for buyers, do beware that this company does not reply to your email promptly or at all.

Also, all postages for refunds/exchange will have to be paid by buyers. Not only do I have to pay for postage, I'm left with this terrible experience with Fortress.

After watching your speech on Sharktank, i thought this would be a great company to support for the cause and the purpose of the product.
