Subway — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

My husband and I usually go to the mount pleasant subway at least once a week. Most of the time it’s great service. However today (10/1/23) we went in and did not have a great experience. There were three workers there. The toaster was not working. I ordered my foot long and had the meat warmed up. I wanted avocado on my sandwich. The kid asked if I wanted one or two scoops of avocado which lead to a loud argument between two employees. The kid that was making my sandwich is not much of an artist he struggled to put the meat on, the veggies, and everything is all of the place. He couldn’t even fold the sandwich properly. The kid making my husband’s sandwich had his completely rolled and wrapped before the kid making my sandwich could finish. We ordered an hour ahead and scheduled it to be done at 12:50 and we arrived at 12:53 asked if it was done they said no we have to wait. 20 mins later our food still wasn’t done, the person who came before us said he waited half an hour for his take out sandwich. The employee, Alicia, made us feel like it was our fault for not going up and asking every 3 minutes if our food was done. We are high schoolers and we only have 30 minutes to eat. We also work in food service and realize how difficult it can be, but there were 3 other people in the restaurant with 2 workers. My 73-year-old mother went here for two sandwich meals, Aug 30th. The sandwiches ordered and the sandwichs on the receipt are not the same. Furthermore these were meals and the individual working, which apparently she'd only been there for 5 days, didn't even provide cups for the meals ,didn't even provide any seasoning for the pretzel and/or churro let alone any type of dipping sauces etc. The cost was just shy of $40. The individual working should have insured that things were done properly. How are you going to give someone a pretzel with no salt or a churro that's just plain both of which have no dipping sauces!...
