Family Dollar — Local services in Mount Pleasant

Just bought a prepaid PayPal card for $400 that was expired!!! And the short girl with curly hair was so rude when I took it pack in to exchange it! She looked at the card for 1/2 second smacked her lips and said well you’ll have to file a dispute with PayPal. I personally know that they’re supposed to go through inventory EVERY MONTH this card was dated March, it’s MAY! The one manager has always been nothing but kind and wonderful but this shorter girl..to say the least I was unimpressed no it wasn’t her fault. Even tho they should not have sold it to me I couldn’t see the exp date before buying either. She has severely bad customer service skills. So I have no idea what she’s doing working here. careful buying...

The store is great I can usually find what I need quickly and most of the time I enjoy just walking around looking at things. Especially when they have holiday stuff out. But then I feel I get looked at like I am trying to steal or something. The cashiers are nice sometimes. But several times I have been in, one of them has a terrible attitude. And talks to her co worker from across the store so everyone can hear! But I would like to just be able to go in there and be treated with respect. I have never shop lifted and just because there are people who do doesn't mean IM SUSPECT! The short lady with long blondish hair is great I wish she was there...

Only game in town on Sunday. Well stocked. Extremely messy almost every time i visit. They dont seem to be able to put their loads away efficiently. Transition between holidays is always pandemonium in this store. Staff is pleasant, manager is a very nice lady. But be prepared to not be able to get around easily in the store. Parking lot is adequate. Does get hazardous in winter, due to a north facing front door and inadequte de-icing on the lot. Be careful walking when its...
