O'Reilly Auto Parts — Local services in Mount Sterling

I would like to give this O'Reilly Auto Parts Store a 5+++ rating! My son was traveling from Virginia to Missouri and his car started acting funny. He pulled off the interstate and his car was out of commission.

He called O'Reilly's and Marina jumped into action! She came to his location to run diagnostics on his car. As a parent, I felt helpless because he was 8+ hours from home & I couldn't help him.

Marina gave him the information he needed to fix the problem with his car. She even called a gentleman, James, that followed my son to the auto parts store AND changed the part he needed!!

This entire situation gave me hope there is still good in the world! Thank you to Marina & James for going above & beyond to fix a problem to get my son home!! You all...

Poor customer service. I purchased in Lexington, KY. They put it under my phone number just in case I needed to return it. Well I take back the brake pads to return them in Mt. Sterling, KY and they said they cannot return without the receipt 🧾 Hmm 🧐 what's the point of putting your phone number in there if you aren't going to use the phone number to verify that I purchased the brake pads?🤷🤦

I spend quite a bit of money with O'Reilly's. But that might need to change. Especially, if I can't be sure they will take things I buy from them back.
