Unfortunately I cannot attest to the quality of the flowers at this establishment. But the customer service left a lot to be desired. I came in intending to buy a lot of arrangements for a funeral, and the florist I spoke to was very rude disrespectful. She asked me when the funeral was and I told her it was the next day and she got very irrate telling me that she already had another funeral and dictating my timetable to me without getting any input at all. A simple and POLITE "I'm sorry that will not be possible for me on such short notice" would have sufficed. I did not want to deal with such unprofessional behavior on a very hard day for me so I might have lost it a little. But who treats a customer like that ANY time, let alone in such difficult...
