The more I think about this situation the more upset I get. I ordered a catering order (12 box combos) for my work team. The website states. “All sandwiches come standard with American cheese, lettuce, and tomato, served with mustard & mayo on the side.” That is copy/pasted directly from the website. When I got back to work, we realized the sandwiches were just bread and meat. I went back and asked for a toppings tray, the guy at the counter stepped to the back to call the manager. He had taken a picture of my phone a screenshot of the subway website and sent it to his manager. He came back to the counter and said the manager wanted to speak to me and handed me his personal cell phone. The manager stated that catering orders do not come with toppings. I read her what the website said and she said that didn’t matter because it wasn’t added to the order. I told her there was no option to add toppings only remove because IT COMES STANDARD ON ALL SANDWICHES. I told her she was wrong and she proceeded to repeatedly say “NO YOU'RE WRONG NO YOU'RE WRONG”. I was blown away at how rude she was over some lettuce and tomatoes. Do better, Gladys. Honor what your website says, instead of having 12 people eat dry bread and meat. I have included screenshots of the website for Gladys’ review so she understands what the company is selling. I escalated through Subways corporate office but I’m sure I won’t hear a response but we will see.
Edit: I received a generic copy/paste response from someone at Subway, which did not actually do anything to help the situation.

Edit again many months later. Never did receive a response. But I did receive an email from Google saying 30,000 people have viewed this review and my photos. Just wanted to let those 30,000 people know this place is still terrible.

Read moreI went to the Subway on Indian Mound drive today (7/13/2025 around 1:00) to get the same thing I always do. Tuna salad with iceberg lettuce, extra tuna, light mayo (today I added onions). The young girl working the window never once smiled, had a kind tone or anything the whole interaction, just told me the total was $11.65. When she handed me the container (wild that they no longer put it in a bag for you, but small details, no big deal) I said “thank you!” and she closed and locked the window. I looked down, immediately frustrated. I ordered a salad and she barely put any lettuce in the bottom. I waved her down and let her know what happened so she never said a word just stuck out her hand for me to hand her back the container of salad. she took it, put gloves on and just threw some more lettuce on the top (which is what I asked for, so fine), and when she hands the container back to me she never said a word again & just shut the window. I don’t normally complain unless I have a reason to but there was literally only 1 car besides me there. and it cost $0 to be kind. Needles to say my food was delivered elsewhere upon contacting subway they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I reach out to door dash so I did just to be told that subway was responsible as well went thru subway site online not door dash so this puts it on subway not door dash had I used the door dash app the they would have gladly replaced my food or refunded me. Subway refused to replace my food I didn’t want a refund I just wanted my food that got delivered to another residence.. and was out $75. I complained to subways main office and sent multiple emails to higher ups just to hear nothing back. It’s sad that a company cannot stand behind their delivery service nor take care of a customer.
