Full disclosure; I have known Sylvie for a few years now and I actually do her hair. I have watched her grow into the amazing accomplished young woman she is now. I have thought about getting a tattoo for decades, but just wanted to be 💯 sure before I made a big decision like that. I started thinking about what I might get some years ago and keeping notes, but just waiting for the right time. I really have been LOVING following Sylvie’s social media posts showing her artwork and decided she needed to be the one to give me my very first tattoo! I called the shop the other day and she got me in for the end of her day. She was thorough in her consultation and listened to my ideas. She set me up with numbing cream for my spine Iris tattoo and drew it up. Got the layout perfectly placed on my back and then the unexpected happened. I had a minor reaction to something during prep. She stayed calm (I was in zero pain), she called management and they advised not to do the tattoo and to reschedule. I was disappointed as was Sylvie, and management was empathetic. Even though Sylvie had already stayed well past her work day, she was absolutely determined to make me happy. So we decided on another smaller tattoo idea I had but without numbing cream. I cannot rave about my cute dandelion ankle tattoo enough or about Sylvie! She is not only super talented and patient, but she is such a sweet soul! I can’t wait to go back Thursday for my Iris tattoo! Thank you Ink Expression AND Sylvie for helping me make my ink inspiration...

We came here today to get my 3 year old daughters ears pierced. We could not have had a better experience! John and Adam did it and they were so patient and kind to my daughter. John was so gentle and talked to Rory like she was a big kid. He then took her to get ice cream after! Thank you guys for being so great! 100% would recommend this place. Also very very clean!!!...
