My daughter fell in love with my husband's old, beat-up, childhood teddy bear so we took Wilbur the bear to Wren & Purl where the owner attached a new nose on him, stuffed him with more filling, and brushed out his matted fur. My daughter was thrilled and Wilbur has a gleam in his eye now! The owner wouldn't let me pay--she told me to donate to the Cedar Valley Humane Society instead. They also have a ton of unique yarns, books, and other retail items.
