Horrible place and "management" We came here on a Sunday for my niecees birthday. Only about 4 of the arcade games worked. The air hockey table was open on the side as if someone had been working on it but left it open and all the cords and wires hanging out. That wasn't even the topper. We asked if we were allowed to have pizza delivered there to eat inside. We were told no because they have pizza there. So we had the pizza delivered outside and ate at our cars. We kept getting stared at by the workers inside. The "manager" came outside and told us since we ordered pizza, we were not able to come back inside. Mind you ppl come in and out the entire time there. We then asked for a refund since we were nit allowed to come back in. We were told no sp we asked for the management above her. She said we could email her. I told her no we need to speak with her. We went back inside to the counter where the manager went in the other room to call her boss. She came back in 10 minutes later with her boss on speaker which is Jamie Eader. She did not introduce herself and was only allowed to speak to her on speaker. Jamie then told us food and drinks were not allowed inside unless it's desserts. We stated we did not bring anything inside and was denied coming back in and a refund. Jamie was completely unprofessional and said they are a restaurant and it's rude to order from some where else. We then asked for a refund, we were denied that. I asked for the boss to come in and speak with us and was denied that also. Let me add, there were a few parties there and THEY ALL HAD OUTSIDE DRINKS AS WELL AS 2 LITERS and nothing was said to anyone the entire time we were there. This place is such a joke. My niece had her birthday ruined. I'd give it negative stars...

Terrible place for a party! Party included room, 15 kids, pizzas, drinks, and arcade. Was CHEAPER TO PAY FOR 15 KIDS since they Never gave us a room, had to chase down plates and drinks. "Cheese fell out of the cooler" was the excuse we recieved so we had to buy our own pizzas even though we had already paid for pizzas to be included with the party. Arcade was free for EVERYBODY who entered so why did we pay extra? Also half the arcade room was broke down. The place was an entire joke! Was supposed to b refunded for "pizzas" but still have yet to see that reflect on my account! When I called the owner got huffy and puffy and said "what did u expect us to do in this situation?" Like wow..... Smh. Terrible place. Scam for sure.

Update!!!! Been DAYS and still no refund as promised.smh. don't waste ur money or time on this joke of a place!

Been weeks now and STILL no refund. SMh terrible place for a birthday party. If given the option id rate this zero stars. And I can't reply to owners comment but again, all lies. We never received a party room andgames all broke down smh. Sad rele. I look for them to b closed in the...

Edit: We came on a Saturday afternoon in December. Not much for the kids to do if the tumbling classes are in session. Only one bouncing equipment was there.

A great place for kids to be free and parents to take a minute or more to ourselves. It's also a great place for birthday parties. They only charge for the kids, adults are free. You can bring cupcakes and/or cakes in, that's it, everything else has to be bought there, like drink's, pizza's, etc.. I did bring in plates, napkins and cups so I didn't have to ask them. The cups I brought in was also smaller than the ones there and with kids running around we didn't waste much soda that way. (Bring a sharpie too, so everyone can write their names on the cups.)
