This was the nastiest place we have ever eaten at. The 2 that were working were saying they were short staffed, but no customers were there but my husband and I. They stood talking for about 30 minutes while they could have been wiping down the tables. The soda machine had grime on it. Where you pick the choice of drink you want was so dirty you could hardly see what you were getting. Where you get the condiments and napkins had trash all over it and was so sticky from people being careless. All the tables were dirty, I did wipe ours off before we sat down, but did put my food on a napkin!! We were there at about 10:30 AM. Did they not clean at the change of shift or sometime? I don't think this happen just in one day. Maybe my standards are too high, but I want a clean place when we eat out!!
My husband ate half of his burger and was extremely ill. I can't imagine what the cooking area looks like when the other part is just plain dirty. What happened to people who took pride in what they do? Where is the owner or the manager? Do they not care that people are getting ill from their place of establishment? Read moreWe went in for a late lunch and after leaving us standing at the counter for almost ten mins, which I told them dont worry about because they were busy in the drive thru, my boyfriend and I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches one plain with cheese one only cheese and mayo and 2 medium fries and a frozen drink and a soda, after getting our food to the table I realized that both sandwiches were incorrect. I took them back to the counter and and politely told them what was wrong and told them no biggie just to fix them. Once again picked them up and one was wrong again. At this point I told the worker EFFIE if they would just give me some cheese and mayo ill put it on myself. Her exact response as rude as she could be was "NO THEY CAN TAKE IT BACK THERE AND MAKE IT RIGHT, BUT IF YOU WOULD HAVE SAID THIS WHEN YOU ORDERED IT WE WOULDN'T BE HAVING THIS ISSUE NOW WOULD WE!" Read moreWhen I arrived at this location, there was an older middle-aged woman that rang me up but was trying to talk to employees at the same time. She asked us to pull forward and slurred something that my wife couldn't understand. I pulled forward to the front where my car would be visible. I sat and I sat and finally got out of the car and walked in the front door. I stood there for a while not being acknowledged because the same lady and a small blonde associate were trying to discuss whose sandwich belonged to who. I finally got assistance but my patience was worn out. I asked for a refund and this lady instantly got defensive starting the conversation off with "in my defense, you pulled too far forward". With only one other customer to assist it's not a viable excuse. She made no attempt to come outside to see whose sandwiches they were.
