Day after day, week after week, month after month, I have tried to post a negative review and it never goes through! DO NOT buy anything at this store. I have told everyone I know to never shop there. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. When Colin told me that he believes everyone has already gone above and beyond, in trying to help me, he then firmly told me there was not anything else they could do, I was livid! It was then he told me I needed to leave the store. The employees do not understand the phones they are selling nor did they have any idea of how I would have been able to take advantage of the promotion that was being offered! I also somehow lost a benefit, that I have used for years, that I had been guaranteed to be able to have and use, for the entire duration of my account. Gone! No answer for that either. I was there on a Saturday, I was assisted by Chris, I returned on a Tuesday, I was assisted by Chris and Amy Bates, the complete incompetence and ignorance, regarding the product that they are selling, was crystal clear, I was there for hours. I returned every Tuesday for a month, it was then that I encountered Colin, the guy telling me that they had done all that they were willing to do, he REFUSED to take my phone in on trade. It was during the week before I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Colin, well within the 30 day window, the new edition of the IPhones came out, FOR LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE OF THE ONE IN MY HAND! I had even texted Amy Bates the Monday before, asking if I needed to come in on that day for help with my issues, I received no reply. I walked out with my new phone very happy. The ONLY complaint I have as do millions of other customers is that the prices are outrageous especially considering the "promotions/rewards" are an absolute joke. So many other companies offer buy a phone & get a watch or a tablet, etc. SOMETHING!!! AT&T better go back to those days when they still offered such things. Now I didn't even get a port for my phone. Which I would obviously need one sine iPhone changed them yet again. Greed has and always will be in the corporate world but sooner or later it's going to catch up with you. T-mobile may be my next stop. My friend got a great deal there and yes they too have iPhones. So I called one last time Sunday to finally be told I needed to go to the store, which the other six people I talked to couldn't tell me cause they wanted a sale. I missed out on work and got behind in the electronic controls and maintenance program im attending all for nothing, not only was I not going to get phones and contracts through you I was taking my Prepaid plan to a different provider. Quanda at Rock Ridge store was the only one to actually help. I will also be calling corporate or whoever else I need, to get some fees Waived or something to compensate me for my time I wasted with your gready employees and policies just trying to make a sale!
