Worst customer service I have ever received in 30 years of owning cell service. From day one we was promised phones that they don't even carry and sent different phones . There idea of making it right cost me over 10,000 in business contracts, then they lost my business number I've had for the past 10 years because they told me to wait porting my number over until the issues were handled. We are 2400 hundred miles from home because my wife's grandfather is in the hospital , so I planned a weekend to get her mind off the situation , T-Mobile told me I had to be in one of there stores to meet a manager who would handle the issue costing me another 500.00 and our weekend only to have the manager not even show up. Malikai the associate in the store was the only positive in the experience finally got a sales rep on the phone who we thought finally fixed this problem only to have the computer cancel the order on its own which couldn't be explained by malikai or the rep taking the 2nd deposit and taxes we paid . So now we've lost 10,000 in contracts , a 500.00 weekend , my business line of over 10 years and 2 deposits and taxes on phones out of our pocket only to be told we would have to pay a third time out of pocket. So now I have all this in writing , all the lies where there mouths have spoke these words. And still to this day almost 25 days later have never received the phone comparable to what was promised , and still have the phones that were sent day one which are not the phones we asked for ,not the phones we ever wanted not even close in equivalence to the moto k50s the sales rep told us we would be receiving. Then I get a call from Colorado and the guy tells me the only way they can honor there word is if there is a reason that admits it, and then tells me if I can't act professional he'll end the call. Professional. Are you serious. If anyone at this company was professional we wouldn't be having this issue. If there's sales rep from day one knew what phones they even carried this wouldn't be an issue . Instead now I have to send them there phones back wait til who knows when to receive the 200 plus dollars they have taken from me and I canceled service with the providers we had to switch to these guys so now I have to go back through this process all over again , pay out of pocket all over again and hope that maybe someone I speak to next time knows a minute amount about there company that maybe just maybe might know what phones there company even carries. If I was anyone , I mean anyone looking for new service or a new provider. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM A TEAM MOBILE STORE AS YOU CAN. DO NOT CALL THERE SALES LINE BY ANY MEANS . YOU WILL BE LIED TO, YOU WILL BE DECIEVED , YOU WILL HAVE EACH PERSON TELL YOU SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THEN THE LAST . LITERALLY EVERYTIME , THEY SAID LET ME MAKE THIS RIGHT OR I CAN DEF HELP THEY HAVE LITERALLY MADE THE PROBLEM WORSE TO THE SUM OF ME THE CUSTOMER LOSING $10,770.00 OUT OF MY POCKET THE MOBILE $0.00 ME STILL NOT HAVING A CELL PHONE TMOBILE NOT DOING ONE THING BUT TELLING ME ME ID HAVE RO COME OUT OF POCKET A THIRD TIME . IF THERE WERE NEGATIVE STARS I COULD GIVE I WOULD , ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN 30 YEARS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BY A CELL PROVIDER. IF YOU WANT TO SPEND 28.28HOURS ON CALLS WITH CUSTOMER CARE AMD 3 DAYS IN A TMOBILE STORE JUST TO RECIEVE NOTHING BY ALL MEANS BE MY GUEST. Then I was told to wait on porting my business number until the issues were handled which over 2 months in now not only haven't been handled but have gotten worse costing me my business number of over 10 years , 10,000 in contracts from clients not being able to reach me , and more and to my surprise after sending the phones back and I have transcripts where the associate told me , the devices have been received and I would get my money back for the original down payment and taxes only to be told now they have no idea where this guy got this or why he told me that but they do not have the phones and unless i want to come out of pocket a third time now I can't get a phone so not only has all this happened and every time i speak to someone they tell me how stupid the last person I spoke to was and how they straight lied to me but I'm paying for T-Mobile service and don't even have a T-Mobile cell phone . I am generally using my unlocked phone from the last provider who I see now I should have just stayed with because over 3 months now I'm out of pocket over 10,500 and a business line of 10 years and paying for service monthly and T-Mobile hasn't been out of pocket .1 cent and refused to fix the issues or get me A working phone without me coming out of pocket more . I regret the day I called to see about there deals , I regret ever believing a word out Of any of there mouths, nothing but deciet and lies and it's still going on to this day. Stay away if you need cell service , even though they have good deals the customer service is beyond the worst I've ever experienced, the knowledge of the associates with customer care is by far the worst I've ever experienced and the utter belief that each person has said the last lied or they have no idea why they would say that, Just shows this company is raking in the hard earned money we bust our backs for and hiring process for them is can you say your own name apparently and that's it. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy , if you have any other option take it . Went to the Mt Iron store in which it was a busy day for them so I was understanding of the wait times, when I came time for me to be helped, the system kept freezing on the staff, at which point I had been there 3 hrs. I thanked the mgr but said I needed to get going and would not be finishing the switch at that time. Fast forward a month and I receive a $300 bill from t mobile for an account I never actually opened or signed any consent to actually open. I revisited the store and voiced my frustration with the mgr in which he claimed it was taken care of with nothing to worry about. Fast forward again to a week ago when I received now a collections notice for this same account in which I had been reassured was taken care of months prior. To say this customer service is a joke would be an understatement. When collections notices start being filed, this is messing with a persons livelihood, all for an account that never had consent to...
