Rude workers really make it a miserable place to try to shop. Especially when you tell then exactly what you're looking for, and they decide to play with a pair of boots and stand in the way instead of actually assisting customers. The last 3 times I've been to this store, the workers are either too busy gossiping to actually help people, they're rude and roll their eyes if they're asked to help, or they just stand there and act clueless, which if they are then maybe that's not the right job for them. Last year when I stopped there to get shoes, I tried asking the girl working, what other shoes were similar to the ones I tried on so I could compare a couple and see what I liked and she scoffed said she didn't know and walked away. This time when I went and was trying to try boots on, I was interested in a certain pair and wanted to try them on and was told that they wouldn't be what I wanted and she just stood in my way and started talking about how a pair of boots on the shelf didn't belong and that's all she cared about anymore. Asking any questions got me an eye roll, a scoff, or she just stared at me like I was insane for asking her anything about the items in the store that she works at. I needed to return pair of shoes i ordered online and have them reordered in a different size. I had the shoes and the receipt. The woman behind the counter wearing a managers tag said to me, how do I know this isn't fraud? Seriously! I bought them from your company and had your companies receipt. Then she told me I bought them on clearance and they were not worth the value my receipt showed I left there, and went online to order the correct size (they were not on clearance). Nice new releases out, got dope red & black & white NIKE LeBrons, and hot pink n grey NIKE Sandals, both very comfortable and excellent quality!
