I was sold an antenna, plus intallation, which cost close to $400. It never worked well, and no better than my ancient antenna. When I called today to discuss the issue I got every conceivable reason other than the antenna wasn't ever going to work well in my location. When I asked why they'd suggest that antenna if they knew it probably wouldnt work well, I got the answer that that's the only one they sell. So that tells me they wanted to make a sale. Period. I kept my cool, was polite and listened, but when I saw he'd have answers that pointed to anything other than the fact the antenna was never going to work well in this location, I said that since I was getting nowhere, have a nice day and good bye. He chose to hang up on me. No goodbye even. He couldn't have cared less or been any ruder. Customer service is dead. I won't be back...

I was having trouble getting someone out to do a repair for us, the people we bought it from were not available. I called so many places with no luck, then someone suggested I call this shop. They were so nice and someone came out to fix it within a couple hours. When it's time to buy more appliances I will definitely shop here. Stay local - I can't recommend these...
