My husband and I purchased a Side by Side 2 weeks ago from this dealer. It was very apparent that the Salesman we had needed more training. He struggled through the computer system to complete the paperwork for a sale. We waited for a very long time, as he struggled through the process and asked a co-worker for assistance multiple times. While waiting, we went outside to look over the SbS we were purchasing. Another customer of the dealership approached us, as he owned the same model we purchased. He showed us several features of the SbS and tricks to doing maintenance. He knew far more than our Salesman. We finally got the SbS home and love it. Then yesterday, my husband called to ask a question regarding wiring on the SbS. He was told they were too busy and couldn’t help them. Unbelievable!! DO YOU CALL THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE???
Worst customer experience of my life! Took multiple stops to get quotes, signed financing papers 3 times because of multiple errors, overcharged, still haven’t received attachments that we ordered at the same time, and tractor wasn’t ready to go until we got the manager involved, and absolutely No communication from the sales staff at any point in this whole fiasco! If we could have left 0 stars we would have! Warning if you want to be treated with respect and values...
