I saw pretty good reviews about this location before booking an appointment. With the appointment there was practically no wait time and I was sitting in the pedicure chair shortly after I got to the place.

The service was okay - I personally will not be returning. If you're just looking for a simple manicure and pedicure, I'm not sure this place is for you. While doing my pedicure I noticed that there was a spot of cured gel under my finger (palm side of hand) and pointed it out to the manicurist and instead of immediately removing it, she continued to paint my nails and repeatedly place my hand in the uv lamp. After leaving the salon, I noticed more cured gel spots all over my hands.

I didn't notice any issues with my pedicure at first as the lighting in the salon is quite low and the color i picked was close to my skin tone. But now, after having the chance to see my toes up close - the pedicure is mediocre at best. There's cured gel flooding multiple of my toe nail beds.

Additionally the massage was abysmal, mostly just the lady rubbing lotion into my legs and arms - which I can do myself at home. If I'm paying close to $150 for their most basic services, I expect better.

I did complete the survey shortly after my appointment and noted the mishap with the gel polish sticking to my fingers and did immediately receive a call back and was offered 10% off my next appointment, but now looking at the quality of their services I will not be returning.

I only get my nails done for special occasions so this was really a complete disappointment, and now...

I booked 1.5h service for me,pedi 59$ & mani 49$, and 1st mani-pedi for my 3rd grader(35$). When we entered, my daughter told me about the ‘chemical’smell, and both of us,11h later still have sore throat from the air inside (I kindly asked them to leave the door open,so we could get some fresh air). My daughter’s mani-pedi was done in 15min(By Loan), she would have done better job herself,as she noted. My pedi was 1h long(Didn’t have any nail polish on the toes), and the lady applied regular nail polish which was solid pink, but still see through and such a bad quality,but I insisted on not applying 3rd layer,since I saw they are slow and it will never dry. I had gel on my hands and I wondered how will they remove it and finish my mani in 30min?! We were the only customers, all the employees were eating,chatting, male employee was sleeping in one of the massage chairs. Nobody bothered to help remove my gel. After my pedi was done 1h later, Tuyen took over,to do my mani,which lasted another 1h22 min for 2layers of regular polish,without even top coat (I insisted on leaving since we were 2h32min min inside and we were breathing the unhealthy air). Tuyen was very nice and attentive, but stepped accidentally on my toe and had to remove polish from one toe nail. She reapplied new one 30min before we left,but it wasn’t enough time (after 2h32min) to dry. She asked me to leave 5star review on yelp?! I did not enjoy my experience here. My mother and I booked an appointment for nails and I had a broken nail that I asked the lady to be gentle with. This woman totally undermined what I said and she rushed to remove my gel set by drilling on my nails terribly hard. I had to stop her when she got to my broken nail because the pain was excruciating. I told her that I would wait for someone else. I asked her for her name and she refused to even give me her name. The lady who was working on my mothers nails was extremely gentle so I told the lady that I will wait. All we came in was for a color change. Apparently the lady who was very rough on my nails took offense that I did not want her doing my nails and she began to laugh very loud and then she spoke Vietnamese to the man working next to her. I can tell she was talk negatively about me because she kept saying I’m not gentle. Her arrogance was in abundance and she was very loud and rude to me as she slammed her tools down and laughed at me as she walked away. Although the lady who eventually did my nails did not do a bad job, I will never return here. Because when I pay for a service I should not be disrespected, not even agknowedged, or even spoken to in English but ignored the whole time. This was unacceptable and it’s very disrespectful to offer a service to someone that has to do with direct contact but trash talk about me in a different language.
