DO NOT SELL CARDS HERE!! so i came in about a month ago to sell etb boxes of cards and see what offers i can get. i had a lot worth just over $100 market value and was hoping to get a fair offer. Well i got a laughable one instead at around 25% of market value. i dont know if Keanu just thinks he can take advantage of people by marking every card as moderate to heavy play so it drops the value under a dollar to consider it bulk but i played ignorant to see if this guy would actually go through with it. He seems like a pretty reputable guy, so i might be the only one he tried to scam like this since i dont show my face at the shop too often. DO NOT sell your cards or even waste your time going here. Go to Indy Card Exchange where they will offer you 65-70% market value even though they are a SPORTS CARD STORE. You would think someone within the niche would be more trustworthy and fair. Also he offered me $25 for a stack worth $100. I ASKED FOR $30 AND HE SAID HE COULD DO $29. Just goes to show how professional and nice someone could sound but the whole time they are deceiving you with the impression you are ignorant. I did this same thing with many other card stores across INDY and i never got offers as disrespectful as Keanu gave me. I really know the value of my cards and how they are trending upwards/downwards and the condition, all noted and carefully inspected in my tcgplayer. there are no excuses for this guy and yal should not trust him to give you a offer that even seems close to fair for your cards! thanks and good luck scamming people in the future Keanu i wont ever be coming back or recommending my friends to your shop, as cool as the shop was its really sad one person can ruin the experience and...

Do not bring a large card collection for price assessment. Edit: if you are going to sell anything to them check everything over. If you’re offered $5/1000 cards of bulk check through EVERY card.

Your team segregated the HP/DAM cards. I’m exclusively talking about NM/LP and even MP cards in the $5 bulk box.

I have privately sold over $600 in cards from the box valued at $5 total in 4-5 days. NM/LP. This is not including cards you denied or offered on, exclusively on cards inside the box I was offered $5 for.

Multiple cards in the bulk box were separate from the rest and valued on TCG player at $20+, but not included in the $700 assessment/ $330 offer (I looked at your list). These cards were sitting with a small sticky note pad and a pile of sleeves taken off, completely open air and separate from the rest

Nowhere in your online form does it say to segregate cards, and I was bringing my cards in to be valued and segregated.

Every Holo and Reverse holo I pulled from the $5 bulk box was valued at $1 at least, many around $4, and some over $10.

I have privately sold over double your total assessment value on eBay in 4-5 days. There are still cards listed, still cards to list, and still cards to price check.

There were plenty of sub $10 RH cards in your offer, so excluding 100+ holos and reverse holos and just ignoring them entirely is peculiar.

Shop looks cool but after my very short interaction sad to say they had a 100% customer service fail.

Saw MTG foundations and wanted to buy a box. I stood by the register waiting quietly while she chatted away with some one who was not buying anything. I continued to wait til another customer told her she may want to do her job and help me. Mind you prior to that we made eye contact. She was to busy trash talking about how her friend got fired from there to to her job I ask for foundations and did not notice at first it was jump start. I hemmed and hawed with my partner but she was right I should take it back if it was not what I wanted..... This was under 5 min. I printed a receipt even though none was offered. The girl just was bad at her job.

So I go back in under 5 min later with a receipt and I was going to return it and get something else. I was told by what seemed like the shift lead that all sales are final. I have never been there before but that is not how you make a customer. So I said ok but I will not be back and I will be posting a negative but honest review.

I live over an hour away so at this point there is nothing they can do to make it right for me. So at a time where we do have to watch the budget I can not suggest avoiding this place more. 5 min with receipt still wrapped. I would sooner shop on Amazon then get back to Next Level Games LLC...
