I used to get great customer service here, but that is a thing of the past I guess! The toy item I purchased was in the wrong bin apparently ( along with 20+ just like it!)... at the self checkout I informed the employee (whoâs first response was âNo problem I can change the price for you if you know what it wasâ)... since I couldnât remember if it was $4.99 or 5.99, being the honest person I am, I volunteered to run ALL the way back to toys and double check it. Since I was there, I took a quick pic of the tag and showed it to her. She then snidely remarked that it was not the right item so she couldnât give me the $1.00+ difference it turned out to be! Yet she was perfectly willing to do so before I ran clear across the store to check it!!! I told her that I was still going to purchase it ( it was only a dollar difference, after all!!), but that there were a whole bunch of them still in that bin, incorrectly labeled! I donât have to tell you that she was rude about it, of course, stating that someone during the night would fix it... sure. My dear husband, patiently waiting throughout this transaction ( not really his forte, lol) I donât know WHY these were mislabeled...What I DO know, is that this happened to me at Walmart once, and they honored the signage! ( and that was a $7.00 difference!) I donât care about the dollar...I care about the way Iâm treated when I spend my hard-earned dollars somewhere. Lovely remodel going on, but Target needs to polish up more than whatâs on...
   Read moreI like this location. The bathrooms are always clean. They have a good variety of products. Online pickup has been great. They know us by name.I hope they expand to include groceries like other bigger cities do.However recently i have had issues with inventory saying out of stock in the app. Then i find several of that item when i go to the store. Sometimes the item i want is just sitting in the backroom and it just depends on the mood of the team member you ask for help whether or not they will go get it for you. For example the Christmas giftsets have said available Nov 10th. I've been looking at the coming soon items for months online.They still have not set the mod yet.The electronics employees also have been ignoring me when I'm standing at the counter waiting to pay for high dollar items. Not sure what is going on with the inventory but i hope they fix it soon to make it easier to order...
   Read morei put in online order, there was an issue with payment called 2 times told it was resolved. 1 of the items was a pick up item and was told it would be ready in 2 hours (was for a birthday party). The next day was still waiting and called and they said it would be ready by 1pm that day. went in at 1pm they did not have order so i went ahead and bought from the store. Called online number to have them cancel that particular item and ship the rest and expressed i did not want my whole order cancelled. MADE THAT VERY CLEAR. She gave me the ship dates and assured everything was ready to go and payment issue was fixed. Come August 18th no order arrived. Called on line number for the 5th time and they stated whole order was cancelled. WHAT A BIG WASTE OF MY TIME. first time using target and never again!!! They did not even sound remorseful. Ill spend my money...
