I came into your store today to buy a milkshake and a hot fudge Sunday for my children. I informed your employee that one of my daughters has a nut allergy and asks that she just be careful with anything coming in contact with the milkshake due to said allergy.As I already knew DQ does have nuts but she also made sure I was aware of this making sure my daughter would be safe by letting me know as well. She was most helpful and very kind in doing so making sure everything was clean that would be used making the milkshake so that my daughter would not be at risk. It is employees like her that make it safe for children who have such allergies and are able to still go to places enjoy these fun things in life. So giving a recognition to Ms Falon at this location. I just want to say thank you very much for letting a kid be a kid. My husband's food was fine my food was tasted like it had been sitting out a while. For me I had ordered the 3 piece chicken strip basket off the $6 menu. When I received my order the chicken strip basket was not in a Box like it normally is, it was sideways in a bag it was sideways in a bag with my husband's food. So essentially my chicken strip basket was at the bottom of the bag. The gravy was microwaved to warm back up. The lid had melted and it looked halfed used. You don't microwave Styrofoam and plastic. I was very dissatisfied with our visit to this Dairy Queen today. Did a mobile order. Asked for extra ranch for my chicken strip basket which I paid for, wasn’t in there. Happens often. My fiancé went in to get it. They gave me one that had a dead nat stuck to the outside. He took that one back for a new one. Then he went to eat his burger and they put toppings he asked to be removed. He took it back in and then they left off a topping he did ask for. They also didn’t give us napkins which is annoying when eating greasy food. I normally don’t complain, but how many times does it take to get it right. And it is also disgusting that there are dead bugs on the ranch containers that go in the boxes...
