Went in tonight with a total of four of us. Our server, Jessica greeted us immediately to get our drink orders. Who I can only assume was the manager on duty checked on us before we even received our drinks and that was the last we saw of them. We then ordered 3 steaks, and one burger all rare and medium rare. When it was brought to us, the burger was well done, broccoli was raw on two plates, the grilled shrimp was ice cold, and two of the steaks were room temp at best. I had cut the burger in half prior to trying it. We sent it back to be remade. Once it was brought back to us, I was given the exact burger I had cut in half but it was even more well done as if they had just pulled the cut beef off and put it back on the grill like the issue was undercooked as opposed to overcooked. The steak, shrimp, and broccoli was just thrown in the microwave to heat it up. The other was apparently also microwaved but the cooks decided they accidentally over cooked it in the microwave, so they remade it. Don't know why they would even consider microwaving our food. I'm guessing since the complaint was that it was cold they decided to reheat it instead of remake like we asked. I opted to just send the burger back and not eat as it was clear it would not be remedied as well as the microwaved food. Our server was very apologetic and kind. She seemed as if the manager and kitchen were giving her a hard time over our issues. I asked to speak to the manager, named Brittany, but she never came. The server came back requesting to see the microwaved steak as the Manager didn't believe it was not eaten and she didn't want to take it off the bill without proof. That I understand as there are some less than trustworthy people out there, but since we clearly had issues with three of the four entrees you would expect she would come out to at least speak to us. She did not. Jessica took it back to the manager. She then came back saying two of the entrees were removed as we clearly didnt eat any of it. By far the worst dining experience I have ever had. The only saving grace was our server who truly seemed to care and did everything in her power to make it right. Unfortunately, tonight the management and kitchen were subpar, and it seemed to me that the manager was more than comfortable throwing the server under the bus to deal with the issues alone. Servers do not get paid enough to deal with what management should be handling, especially when a manager is specifically asked for. Of course we properly compensated our server as she was absolutely not the problem. We have had issues at the establishment before, but this was by far the worst. We will not be returning and will encourage others not to as well. Only reason they are getting 2 stars is because of the server....
Read moreLet me start this post by saying the staff (my waiter was amazing) was not the problem in the beginning…they are the only thing deserving of 1 star I was greeted seated and had a waiter promptly. Soon after I ordered my food about 15 minutes into being there my wife and myself had an emergency so we had to leave we asked the waiter how long was the wait he said he had just checked and they said under 5 minutes. So we said okay and asked for it to go because we couldn’t stay. He told us he would box it for us himself. After talking for what seemed like a long time our child called again. My wife asked again how long was the wait he said he’d go check. After another 5 minutes he came back very apologetic to tell us they said it would be another 5 minutes. I didn’t get a receipt when I paid on the machine so I went to check the time I’d paid because this was ridiculously long. It showed that I paid 47 minutes before so i looked around asked many workers no one would help they walked past us 10000000 times and everyone acted as if they didn’t hear us. So I saw the manager in the distance I got up to walk to her and she was talking to a worker so I waited once she was done she looked me dead in my eyes I said excuse me and she went the opposite way. At that point I was furious and wanted a refund. I saw another waitress very happy I got her attention and asked for the manager (the table we sat at was right by the door to the kitchen and walkway so I could see everyone) I saw the manager look at the orders go tell the back staff to hurry it and then after 5 minutes she came over as I was telling her I just wanted a refund I’m having an emergency with my kid they come with the food. I didn’t even look at it. She told us to hold on while she went to get something but we were very very adamant that our kid had an emergency do we couldn’t wait. I finally get home after the emergency to go warm my food up only to discover that I wasn’t given gravy on my food and my salad was not welted but I knew It had been about 30 minutes since I got my food so I wasn’t angry about it I threw the salad away and warmed up my chicken which smelled delicious. I tore a small piece off of the chicken to taste it and it was amazing. I cut threw the chicken only to see it wasn’t done and I had a few mushrooms hiding under the massive slide of onions. Read moreOur experience at the restaurant was truly disappointing. We had chosen the venue to celebrate a special birthday occasion, but unfortunately, it turned out to be the worst dining experience we've encountered.
Upon arrival, we eagerly anticipated our meal, but our excitement quickly dwindled as we waited a staggering 45 minutes for our food to arrive at our table. To make matters worse, the server who brought our dishes seemed uninterested and even displayed rudeness in her demeanor.
Adding to our frustrations, we kindly requested some steak sauce to accompany our meal, but to our surprise, it never arrived at our table. Compounding the issue, my girlfriend's order was inaccurately prepared – she had ordered a 16oz ribeye, but received a sirloin instead.
The situation escalated when our initial server failed to return, forcing us to take matters into our own hands and seek out a manager. Regrettably, even the manager's approach was less than satisfactory, as he too exhibited brevity in his interactions with us.
After expressing our grievances to the manager, he committed to rectifying the situation by replacing the erroneous steak and the accompanying sides. However, this solution also fell short, as the replacement steak took an additional 20 minutes to arrive at our table. In an effort to wait for my girlfriend's meal to be remade, I delayed my own dining experience.
Eventually, the missing steak sauce was brought to our table, allowing me to proceed with my meal. However, this meant my girlfriend had to watch me eat while she awaited her corrected dish. Although a new steak was provided to her, the sides were still missing. Consequently, she decided to take the replacement steak home, resulting in a meal consisting solely of rolls, peanuts, and a portion of the snakebites.
As a final disappointment, despite our attempts, we were unsuccessful in having anyone from the staff acknowledge my girlfriend's birthday, despite requesting this gesture twice during the course of our visit.
