I've gone to these guys at least three different times, once for my phone, twice for my laptop. Everytime they've been extremely straightforward and honest, not to mention cheap. The cellphone was beyond repair and they knew it, so they told me if I really wanted they could try to fix it, but that they didn't want to waste my time and money like that. They explained to me exactly what was wrong and why it couldn't be fixed. With the laptop, I went after breaking the monitor and they told me it'd be $150, and that they would call me in case the part was more expensive than they thought. I came in prepared to pay at least $200 since that's what the internet said the average fair price was, and they beat it out by $50. When I got the laptop back, it worked for a while before the screen stopped again. I brought it back and they opened it up right then and there and told me which piece was busted. Apparently my cord between the laptop and the screen was held there by tape. They fixed it for FREE and told me I could bring it back anytime if it gave me problems again so they could replace the part if needed. Had them repair the screen of my iPhone X. BIG MISTAKE. The screen lasted less than a week and had multiple lines running across the screen. Also, there was a super bright light across the bottom. Face ID didn't work. I took the phone back and they couldn't repair it under warranty (although only a week had passed) because they claimed I broke it...sound familiar?! Read the other reviews. Instead, I went directly to Apple in Keystone and they replaced it with OEM parts (for cheaper than CPR) and it works like brand new. The Face ID works perfect. No lines running across the screen. Excellent fitment. If your iPhone needs a screen, save time and money and have the Apple Store perform the repair. This place was a dream come true. The guy I came in contact with, Cole, very experienced and knowledgeable with phones and provided best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Within 30 seconds of bringing in my phone he identified the issue with my phone and had a price ready immediately and assured me that the repair he was doing would fix it which was a relief because the store I had went to prior couldn’t guarantee my issue would be resolved without replacements of both front and back costing over twice as much as CPR. Had my phone back to me and working at full capacity within 40 minutes. He’s very friendly as well and if you are unsure of what the issue is with your phone or need a timely repair this is the place you want to go.
