I had a great experience at O Salon from the moment I called to make my appointment to the moment I left my hair appointment. They went above and beyond when I had a few questions I needed answered and called me back with an answer within 15 min. I scheduled my appointment with Jenn who was referred to me by a friend. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She is so personable and down to earth I felt like I knew her already! The passion and education she has about hair is so impressive. She took her time and told me every step she was taking before doing it. She even went over pricing with me as she does with all her clients before she started on my hair so it wouldn’t be such a sticker shock. That in itself was so thoughtful. Obviously I'd love to name her to save people from the worst hair experience I've had in my 50 years. My experience here is that she did not listen to me she just used "her own style". She did my hair like she wanted to. Not what asked for And because I was unhappy with it I definitely don't recommend going to the same stylist to fix it because they will deliberately ruin it like she did mine out of spite. No matter how nice you are about it. Overpriced for the not even mediocre work. Do not bother with a consult with her because she won't remember anyway or she'll completely tell you she heard the 100% opposite of what you discussed. You will only realize this after your hair is ruined. Save your time and money and go...

I had such a wonderful experience at O Salon with my bridal party yesterday. Not only did they create stunning styles and makeup for all of us, but they even gave us an area to set up food and drinks and made us mimosas.

I was nervous because I didn’t do a hair trial, but Katie knocked it out of the park with my style. I brought real flowers for my hair, and she made them work even better than I could have imagined. I felt like a princess. I also had Kate for makeup. She spent so much time making sure I was happy with each stage and even brought additional products in to create the look I wanted.
