I recently had a very disappointing experience with Taco Bell Mundelein Location. As vegetarians, my family and I ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza online, but were shocked to receive a beef and beans Mexican pizza instead. This Mexican pizza isn't even listed on their menu, which added to our frustration. Consuming meat is against our religious beliefs, making this mistake particularly distressing. When we contacted the restaurant to address the issue, we were met with rudeness and a lack of empathy from Alex and his manager. They were unapologetic and insisted on verifying the order, which meant we had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to show them how they had messed up. This was not only inconvenient but also disrespectful, as they should have taken our word and handled the situation with more professionalism. Read moreI had a taste for Taco Bell tonight, and it didn't disappoint! I stopped by Taco Bell in Mundelein, IL. We went to the drive thru and were greeted by Luis, he took our order correctly. He was super charismatic, friendly and personable, something I haven't seen in a long while at fast food places. The other employees we've seen working the drive thru weren't that positive and people friendly like him. We got to the window and our order was ready! Quickest service I've ever had at a drive thru no less! I was blown away by Luis's top notch positive attitude and the service he provided, with all that's going on in the world right now, he sure brightened up my day! Read moreUsually pass through drive-thru and never have any issues. This time I dinned in placed my order on one of the kiosk asked for the beef to be substituted for chicken. As I checked my crunch wrap it looked like it had chicken then when I started eating it later realized that the whole bottom layer had beef. I immediately stopped eating it because I don’t eat red meat due to personal reasons. So I asked the manager as to why there was beef then he proceeded to try and tell me that I ordered it wrong.
