Terrible! I have mailed tons of packages out from two different post offices in town, and tons of prepaid packages from my home and they have always gotten to their destination, and gotten there quickly! but when I take packages to this place to this place, prepaid packages that they don't even have to do anything with, just scan them and send them out! I have had one get lost, it was missing for over 2 weeks and then it finally randomly got there, and that issue would have been one thing if I could have checked the tracking on it. but they didn't scan it, so the whole time there was no tracking even though I paid for tracking, it was never even scanned, it just all sudden arrived at its destination! and then I have had several other ones that I drop off right away because I sold something and I want the person to get their item quickly, I drop it off I checked the tracking and it doesn't go out! I get notified when the item is on its way to the buyer, and several of them sat there at the Postal Annex for 7 days before they went out that is just outright ridiculous there's no reason for that!!! So just be aware if you are sending out a prepaid package from this place it won't go out for a while if you take it here! Not to mention if you buy postage here it is way way more expensive then just going to the regular...
Read moreOver the past 7 years I have regularly frequented the Postal Annex for my personal shipping needs. John and the crew have never been anything less than stellar in their customer service. It is so welcoming to walk into a business and be greeted by name! They have always offered the various options available for shipping and are more than happy to help with picking packing materials and to put it all together. Additionally John often has little tidbits of interesting information to share and enlighten me! The office is always clean and orderly and if there is ever a line (which isn't awfully frequent) John apologizes for the wait (which is never long). During Covid he did a fabulous job at trying to keep customers safe by maintaining a bit of a distance from each other. I feel quite lucky to have the convenience of their services in close proximity to where I live. Even their plants enjoy being there. They are thriving so happily! Thank you for the...
Read moreWas basically told that my business wasn't wanted... I'm a reseller that owns an online resale store that sells primarily on eBay. I ship an average of about 20 packages every day, except Sunday. In the last 6 years, I've dropped packages off at literally every place possible in middle TN, and everyone greets me with a smile, and they're more than happy to take my pre-paid packages, because, as they know, they're an arm of the USPS... This was not the case today, when I was told they would no longer accept pre-paid packages, unless you pay $1.50 per package (which I'm not so sure the USPS would be okay with, but I'm calling to find out). I've never, in 6 years, and thousands of packages, been told this by any other packaging store in town. These guys are new in town (only been open a month or so) and I'm thinking they won't be long for this world. I'll just continue going to the several other spots in town that want my business. I suggest you...
