TN Craft Butcher — Local services in Murfreesboro

I used to go to TN meat CO. To get my ground hamburger. It changed a while back and I asked and they said they buy it in bulk in the tubes. That's kind of disappointing for a butcher shop. I found this place which used to be partners I guess with the other company and it seems they keep their quality of their meat better. I bought hamburger last night from TN Craft butcher And it was amazing juicy succulent flavors. Lol But really it was tender flavorful and juicy. I did try their own ground sausage and that was amazing.I'm very particular on my breakfast sausage out of all the brands of tried Jr foodland has a great breakfast sausage and this place. This place has better meat than JR's. In Tennessee it's actually hard to find a good meat market I tried tags meat market the hamburger was horrible about as good as Kroger. Smaller selection of quality meats. I bought a Pork Porterhouse (photos and videos attached); Wagyu Chuck Roasts (those will become smoked chuck burnt ends over creamy goats cheese grits with an apple bourbon bbq sauce) and a tri-tip (which will be smoked and served with agave chipotle black beans, avacado crema and crispy shallots as tacos).

Great service from people who's names i failed to ask - bearded guy, burly, but a teddy bear, and a super friendly young lady - in a clean place that smelled amazing.

We have been loving this place lately!! Great selection and prices are good for quality meat!! $5.99 a pound for fresh farm raised hamburger meat! We won't be buying it from Sam's anymore!! We bought a Waygu beef roast and it was so tender with great flavor!! It wasn't anymore expensive as grocery store prices for MUCH better quality of beef!! Ordered a filet from Outback... terrible!! Grilled a filet from Craft Butchers the next night and it was soooo tender it just melted in your mouth!! They also have smoked bologna that's awesome!! Country ham is so good and the ham for seasoning beans is the best!! They will be seeing us on a regular bases!! We have also told all our local family and friends about this place!!
