Premier Nail Spa — Local services in Murfreesboro

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago due to moving here and not having a nail tech yet. I did not like my nails when I got into sunlight. I paid over a 100 dollars. They were kind enough to allow me to come back and fix them. A few weeks later I went to an official nail tech and she soaked my nails off only to notice whoever did my nails previously (premier nails) used MMA which is not healthy for your nails and can be very damaging. I will post a photo of what my nails looked like while being soaked off which also causes that process of soaking my nails to be 2 hours long. I will also post the Google Photos of the difference between MMA AND EMA and also the information behind both. Please if you continue to go here make sure you ask them if they are using EMA because it’s better...

I absolutley LOVE my experience every time I visit. The space is very welcoming, inviting, and clean. Not to mention everyone there is so nice and makes you feel very comfortbale when you enter the builing. I am fairly new to TN and Premier was highly recommended- so glad I learned about them! To add my nail tech Toni-NEVER disappoints. I came in with very little nails, that were super thin, easy to break, and just a poor sight to look at. Toni introduced me to Dip Power and my own nails are absolutely beautiful!!! They have grown so much, to the point where I do no have to wear tips, and I am stunned at how strong they are. Even when I cant decide on what I want, Toni has leanred what I am comfortable with and I can trust her to do my nails in a way that results in me LOVING them....

I made an appointment and even showed up a few mins early. The tech I was assigned (did not request as I don’t know any of them) was finishing another client. I waited 30 mins while they took 2 walk in clients ahead of me. I ended up having to leave because I have a schedule to keep today (which was the whole reason for the appointment). After I left they called multiple times to harass me for while I left. Stay far away! There are too many other nail places in this town to be treated like this.

EDIT: to reply to their post that I called and demanded a refund, as you can clearly see, they called me twice. I did not call. I left without making a scene or...
