Subway — Restaurant in Murfreesboro

Absolute worst Subway I've ever been to in my entire life. I ordered and paid online. I ordered 2 hours ahead so I can make sure I could pick it up on time. When I got there, they have a rack where they keep the sandwiches for pickup. But my sandwich was not there. I had to wait in line behind five people to tell them I needed my to go order. And they weren't in a hurry waiting on the five people in front of me. I only have 30 minutes for lunch. When I asked for my sandwich, they gave it to me from behind the counter. Why was it behind the counter? Why was it not where it was supposed to be. Is it because they made it two hours ago and left it out there and the bread got hard so they put it behind the counter. Yes that's exactly what it was. I paid $8 for a sandwich ahead of time. I had to wait for this $8 sandwich and use up half of my lunch time waiting on it. And then when I finally got back to the shop to eat it it was hard on the bottom. Don't go to this Subway unless you want terrible food and terrible service. I had interesting experience today with the crew workers. I sent my little cousins inside to get food and drinks. Although, they were not able to afford the drinks; they we're able to make a successful purchase for the food. The youngest child had grab a sprite thinking she able to get a drink but didn't have enough money, so she was told to put it back. Now... the Indian guy that was checking them out decided to say some slurs that was not appropriate! Basically, saying she was trying to steal it and she couldn't afford the drink. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Older guy working with green shirt (I'm assuming he is the manager) wasn't pleasant at all and seemed to not be interested in serving me. He wasnt wearing a hat, and started my order by applying gloves without washing his hands first. Thats food safety 101. Also, I had to keep telling the rep to 'add more' toppings on my sandwich... extremely frugal with their toppings at this location. Will not be back.
