Helena and her assistant Marta made the experience we had at The Curious Kitchen perfect. They were both so kind, hospitable and fun! I recently took my 12 year old daughter for the Pasta Making class for her birthday gift and it was her favorite gift ever. She could not stop smiling or hugging and thanking me for bringing her. But we didn't just make homemade pasta. We made an entire 3 course meal! We made an amazing Italian salad with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing that was amazing! We also made a shortbread with berry and homemade whip cream dessert. AND...homemade marinara and pasta with homemade garlic bread with fresh basil...AMAZING. Helena even emailed us the recipes so we can re-create the dishes at home! Then we got to sit and eat it with our fellow cooking mates! All the while, sipping delicious red wine or sweet tea. They took their time and educated us all along the way. But what I loved most was they inspired me to fall in love with cooking again. I could feel their passion and it was contagious. They made making food from scratch easy, doable and fun! Don't start with a box! Don't let cooking become a chore you dread or rush through. Don't just give a gift card. Whatever the reason, find ANY reason to visit The Curious Kitchen. Your tastebuds and tummy will thank you. But more importantly, your heart will love you for it! Thank you Curious Kitchen. I'll see you again for my daughter's Christmas and future birthday gifts! And future date nights, girls nights and me time! GREAT quality time and fun for us both!

WOW. This was my first time. My boyfriend and I were cruising through town and we decided to try something new. Let me say I do not regret! Our server, Cason, gave us the best service I think I have ever received in my life. As someone who has worked in this industry, I know how hard it can be to multitask, but Cason did it well. He was our server as well as the bartender, and had a few tables. We ordered cocktails, a beer, and food to get the experience. Cason ensured that we had everything we needed and was super attentive. Please ask for him if you ever come here, he will take great care of you! Thank you for making our first experience here unforgettable!

I took my group of about 20 people here for team building event. We had a fantastic time! The crew at Curious Kitchen did a great job of making a little extra room for our oversize group. We all got to drink some wine, cook some food, and socialize. The chefs did a good job of setting everything up so we got the experience of cooking, but we weren't weighed down by the boring stuff like scrubbing veggies or staring at oven timers. I highly recommend them!

I too attended the German cooking class with my husband. This was our first cooking class ever so we weren't really sure what to expect. Helena and staff Tyler I'll call out by name because he was very helpful were amazing. We were delayed a little at the beginning because some other students didn't show at the required time. No biggie there was plenty of German beer to go around. Also we brought whiskey too. It is BYOB after all. The class is at Max capacity at 13 people. It was extremely fun. Everyone got to watch as she went over the recipes and then split up tasks. After all it's a class of 13 so no you're not going to cook just your own personal meal. You help prepare different portions of the meal. Some cutting apples, some frying pork chops, some chopping cabbage.. you get the idea. It is necessary in order for the entire meal to finish on time. Think about if you had to make every item by yourself. By the time the main course is complete your appetizer might be soggy ...get it. The meal was absolutely amazing. Including dessert!! The chef was so knowledgeable and friendly. You are also emailed all the recipes after the class as well. Huge bonus!!! We enjoyed it so much we booked the pasta making class and brought by brother and his wife as a gift. Again that class was just as amazing. You will not be dissapointed with any of her classes honestly. Yes you will have to stand beside other people and yes even sit beside them and eat dinner but it is a class open to the public. This isn't a personal cooking class for just two. By the time dinner was servered we had already made friends with the people who we cooked beside. Great way to make new friends. Bottom line you can't go wrong with curious kitchen. We have and will continue to go back. Thank you for a fantastic...

We had a catered event we attended and it was a Mexican bar provided by The Curious Kitchen. Well it was literally all heated up frozen food. The tacquitos were the same as the frozen food boxes - the tortillas were meh and the Spanish rice was pink. Refried beans were good and the ground beef was good. But then as you progressed down the line they actually had a sign up that said queso. But it wasn’t queso. It was literally a vat of melted nacho cheese like you would get out of a big can at a warehouse store. There was some toppings but not enough sour cream and guacamole came with the order and the salsa was a huge container of Pace Picante. Nothing seemed to be made by Curious Kitchen. It all seemed to be heated up food from a big box store. The Tres Leches cake was good. I would say it was a good standard lunch. But not specialty food or personal touch at all. I would love to know what else the Curious Kitchen makes because I know this can’t be...
