I was in the UPS store # 2467- 1784 W Nortfield Blvd, Murfreesboro this morning around 11 am. I needed to print a PDF copy from my phone. Amy was the customer service representative that assisted. I've been trying to get this printed since 6/11/25. By the way I've done this numerous times in the past, today however, it went to different store location, wouldn't print, unable to open attachment, etc!!! To the owners Jonathan & Melanie Boles: Amy was very knowledgeable as every time we were throw a curve, she had a different solution to try. Amy was tendinatious and an never give up attitude are attributes that you look for in your personal!! I can't praise her kindness and willingness to explain the issues and the fixes in layman terms. Read moreWe needed to send something with DHL and this store is also a DHL store. When we got there it was about 20 minutes before they closed. Both of the people working smiled and greeted. They did not act aggravated like most people do when you arrive so close to closing time. They were very nice and polite. We will definitely be returning here when we need to ship other things. Another example of how wonderful these guys are. We were shipped a box of baby clothes to Mexico. They informed us that anything from certain countries were not permitted to enter through customs. The young lady working actually looked through all of the items with me. Rather than letting us send a package that would have been tied up with customs, they made sure we didn't have to go through that headache. Read moreUpdate: February 15, 2022. That's Jerry's story. He did NOT think what you said. I asked him repeatedly to scan all of the equipment. He continually placed his hand over the products and said, "No, those do not need to be scanned." I practically begged him to scan them. **I've always had good service here, but yesterday when returning AT&T products, the clerk absolutely would not include serial numbers of all my equipment. The cords and remotes did not have to be included in the return receipt, but the other equipment did. If not returned, AT&T will charge me for them. I left the store, told my husband what happened. He went back in and received a receipt for the extra product. Now, why couldn't he have just entered the products that we were returning? Pretty aggravating.
