A very dishonest company. I ordered 2 new recliners and Regina decided to only order one and is trying to deliver the floor sample as a new recliner. I have a medical condition and cannot have a piece of furniture that has been sat on by dozens (if not hundreds) of people in my home. I tried to cancel the order with my credit card company but Eller and Owens is fighting me on this. Regina also stated in an email that it is their standard practice to sell floor samples as new. She fails to realize the difference between someone ordering new furniture and getting used and someone who knowingly decides to buy the floor sample because they want the item the same day. It has been over 2 months and I still don't have the NEW furniture I ordered. If you purchase something from this company. they will hold your money hostage and will try to force you into accepting (used) floor samples. They are friendly up until the point that they have your money and then it's the complete opposite. When I stated in an email that I wanted the money returned to my credit card by a certain date or I will be visiting the store in person. Regina responded with a letter trying to gaslight me stating I was being hostile and defamatory and threatened to call law enforcement on me. They claim to be Christians while deceiving customers and holding their money hostage. Go anywhere but here to buy furniture.
They have claimed in the response below that 2 new recliners were ordered, and this is simply another lie. When I called Regina to see what the holdup was on the recliners, she stated the one recliner is on the showroom and we are waiting on the other recliner (not recliners) to be delivered to their warehouse. That is when I told her to cancel the order as I did not want a floor sample. Also, in multiple emails as to why she didn't order 2 recliners as stated in the above paragraph it is their standard practice to sell floor samples as new. Not even in her most recent emails from yesterday does she state that 2 new recliners were ordered. This is nothing but more lies from whomever responded below. They know there is no way anyone reading this review can verify if 2 recliners were ordered so they can say anything to try and save face.
Also to the response below, Yes I did order 2 new recliners and found out later your company only ordered 1 and was planning on send the floor model all along. They sent me a bunch of paperwork showing what was ordered but only had one serial number. Where is the serial number for the other new recliner you ordered? I also tried to make this very simple for Eller and Owens to prove they ordered 2 new recliners by requesting to send me photos of the serial numbers and tag info on the actual recliners they claim were ordered. I also requested the the same information for the floor model. If 2 recliners were ordered, they should have consecutive serial numbers or what Lay Z Boy calls ACK numbers. It would prove the date of manufacturing and other pertinent info. I requested this simple form of verification but have heard nothing but crickets.
Also I had this company deliver a mattress around 2 months ago as the first part of this order and Informed Regina to make a note for the delivery drivers to stay off of my brand new asphalt driveway. I also told Brian the delivery scheduler the same thing and guess what? It fell on deaf ears or they couldn't be bothered to walk an extra 15 feet.

Immediately relaxed, I asked Kimberly if there was a tech specialist in the store I could talk with to verify if I was overlooking anything with the seats before exploring Indiana service possibilities. She put me on hold and walked to the warehouse. Brandon then got on line after a short wait. I explained my difficulty in not being able to establish electricity for the “theater seats.” Then, intermittently during the next three hours, another phone from his home, and several texts with photos …Brandon asked questions as well as guiding me what to look for. He eventually enabled me to find the electrical chord and adaptor that the movers had hidden under a seat for safe keeping. Now, my wife and I have our warranty info and the connections to enjoy our power console love seat. Kimberly and Brandon went more than the extra mile to help us.
