Just so you understand how amazing Wild Rose is, we had no intentions of going all the way to Murphysboro, however, due to the first bridal shop causing our bride to leave in tears we reached out. Not only were they quick to respond, but fit us in, had excellent communication, and made us feel welcome before we even stepped foot through the door.

When we arrived, we were immediately greeted by Mackenzie (apologies for spelling) who was so welcoming and she had all the best options already beautifully displayed for our bride. She stayed with our rambunctious family past closing and made sure we ALL received the VIP treatment. To make things even better, our bride said "YES" to the dress and the owner gave us a phenomenal deal and a payment plan to make life easier.

I recently had an appointment at this Wild Rose location and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I paid $35 to book a bridal appointment, but I felt like the consultant didn’t care about how I looked in any of the dresses. She was not helpful at all and didn’t offer any advice. Instead, I felt pressured with high-pressure sales tactics, trying to convince me to buy a dress that I liked but didn’t love. It’s disheartening to feel pushed into a decision about such an important purchase.

Additionally, the shop itself wasn’t well-maintained; the floors were dirty, and I had to lay my clothes on the floor in the dressing room since there were no hooks or stools available. I am psychotic and messaged wild rose at 3am because I was stressing about a dress and they literally responded at 5am (I do not recommend lol) they got me in that day!!! I was just planning on trying stuff on because it was my FIRST time trying on dresses and I found THE ONEEE. The amazing girl that helped me told me it was her last day and she still went above and beyond! She was so patient and I had honestly no idea what I was looking for.
