They accessed (hacked) my bank account and logged in at 2:45 AM Friday 3/27/2020 morning. Nothing was taken or transferred out. But why would they need to log into my account. How did they get my password and answers to my verification questions. What was their purpose.
I have never done any business or had any association with this company. I have never given permission to anyone to access my bank account.
This access (hack) was verified by my bank's IT folks.
I spend at least an hour researching this hack. I would love to get a honest response as THEY say from them. But based on the many other BBB reviews, I believe this company is a ripoff at best...
