I called first because of their high ratings , and drove over because they said that walk ins are always welcome ! The young blonde asks me if I have an appointment, I told her no, and she says there is no one available, and refused my patronage. They pick and choose who they want to serve. ( Very Shameful! ) They were not busy, the Google search confirmed they weren't busy, I would of waited until someone was finished with their customer.. I just needed a simple 15 min trim... I am new to the area, and looked at their Goggle ratings before visiting, and was REFUSED service on a Friday afternoon. I told the woman , she should update her PA on the phone ,and not make people believe they can drive to their location as a "Walk-IN" , only to be turned away for just a simple haircut!!. I'm sure someone else will love to have my business...

We just moved to the area and for my birthday my husband set me up an appointment with Hayley. Not going to lie I was so nervous at first since I’ve never been to her before but she immediately exceeded my expectations. Tried to book a vivid color. They had 0 clue what I was talking about. They seemed super judgey when I finally explained it's bright colors. She then said "that could take up to 6 hours and I don't think anyone would want to do that. You should probably look somewhere else" She had actual distain in her tone. Are you serious?
