Taco Bell — Restaurant in Murray

This Place doesn’t even deserve a one star.. I went in about 12:30pm on my break and witnessed A male manager speaking inappropriately to other employees. On top of that A Female Manager that was very rude to my Wife because we asked how long the food would take we’re on break. I asked for her name Samantha. Her attitude was very Rude.. We sat down to eat ALL of the tables were dirty so we got a bag and left!!! They Have Poor Management and Service. We Absolutely LOVE Taco Bell But it seems that Taco Johns will be our new Lunch Break. My wife and I are very upset and disappointed because we’ve invested so much money in eating at Taco Bell. This is Not the first time this has happened with this Manager that’s why I asked for Her Name! My wife and I are Business Owners ourselves and They will Keep losing Service with the who runs this place. It’s Very Sad And Pathetic. The last visit was good 👍 . The time before it was terrible. I was just in the mood far a burrito and a taco. The service was good and fast, the person at the window who looked new and in training was polite and courteous. No mistakes on the order. Good job. I left my last review of 4 stars up to show I don't usually or rarely give terrible reviews. Today the review is 1 star. The beans were burned with a real bad taste. The tacos the lettuce tasted like detergent . It was as if washed in the sink with detergent or dishwashing liquid still in sink. I gagged when I ate this so gross it was truly noticeable. It was all the lettuce included in my order. That is just gross not to mention how unhealthy it is. Never again Taco Bell. Where is your management who is running the show....

I have been to this Taco Bell a thousand times as a long time resident of Murray. Tonight, I quickly placed an order through door dash so I could pick it up as an other order. The manager refused to give me my order, berated me as a customer multiple times and then banned me as a “door dasher”. Let’s be clear here, I’m not a door dasher this was my order as I specifically stated multiple times and have picked up through drive through as other restaurants before. As a professional, and a mom that ran for a quick bite, I am APPALLED by the way I was treated.
