Lesson of the day: just go to Dunkin Donuts I've always loved this place, but it's gone down the last year or two. The drinks are watery or just don't have flavor to them. Not only that but the last time we walked in, we were strangely looked at (now mind you, we aren't odd looking and we weren't doing anything strange. We just walked in.) They never welcomed us, just stared at us, then got back to work.
When both came to the counter, my mother asked them if they have anything that doesn't have caffeine in it and they replied, "no," and bummbled off. Now, I respect their dedication to those drinks they were working on - but I know for sure they have items like the Snow Cream and can make stuff decaffeinated.
We went straight to Dunkin Donuts after that. I had the most amazing drink there too. It was this strawberry and dragon fruit refreshing thing with coconut milk, oh my gosh. It was incredible. It's like a better Pink Drink.
I should have gone there today instead of Future Grounds. Today I ordered a hazelnut snow cream with almond milk. There were more chunks of ice than there was drink. Plus, it tasted a lot like water. It was absolutely disappointing. I threw it away after a couple of sips.

Read moreJust stopped by hoping to get my favorite coffee, but the last several times over the last several months have been eh. Two weeks ago husband ordered a blended caramel macchiato. It had nothing in it. No sweet, nothing. Called. They said come back. I couldn’t. She took my name. Said come back when I can and they’d make it right. Came back today. Remembered I had a free coffee on them for not sweetening my husbands. Girl told me they don’t do that. I explained. She insisted. I was like ok. Took and paid for the coffee we ordered. Drove off, pulled right back around for a refund because my espresso was burnt. As it’s been for the last several visits. Don’t know that we will be back. Been regulars for years. ...
Read moreThe coffee is not quite as good as Starbucks and the price is just as expensive. They use outdated payment methods that declined 2 cards that had plenty on them but, still charged them over $34 Then they finally accepted a cc that we do not normally use. Only giving 3 stars because the money was refunded back into the accounts 15 minutes after we left. Also the employee at the drive thru gave us an attitude and funny looks while saying our cards were declined not only were they lacking quality but, they need to update their payment method to something that won't cause embarrassing situations like this. Square card readers are for garage sales act like a real...
