We bought a LG refrigerator from Temecula Appliances. They have been advertising same day delivery, but it took three days to deliver. That 's fine. The bigger issue is that it didn't cool since the beginning. Called the store the same day, and was told to wait for 24 hours. We then went on traveling for a week. It was still not cooling when we came back home. Called the store and talked to the owner again, and was told to call LG instead. Called LG, was given a repair shop's phone number. Called them and was dispatched a technician after 5 days. The technician said it requires major repair, and we better off to ask the store to get us an exchange. Called the store again, and Rick Black the owner refused to give us an exchange, even on the receipt it clearly noted with black ink that there is 30 day exchange. Called LG again, and was told that the technician ordered parts. When can the parts arrive? Don't know. SO it has been 18 days that we don't have a refrigerator. Still don't know when they can fix it.
After I wrote the review yesterday, the store owner Rick Black called my husband at work and threatened to cancel the warranty if we don't take down the review. How could he do that? He took our money $1903, plus $160 delivery fee for nothing?

Read moreGreat experience with Rick and Jaime at Temecula Appliances! Rick saved the day as we had a bad experience with another local appliance store down the street. We bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer and Whirlpool fridge from another store. The Whirlpool fridge was delivered damaged so we returned it. They couldn't refund the item right away as they had to wait for the appliance to be returned to their warehouse before they could issue a credit/refund. Since I needed a fridge asap, I bought another one and it was also damaged when delivered! The delivery guys were the first to notice and mentioned it to us. Our Speed Queen appliances were scheduled for delivery in a few days and I didn't trust the other store plus I didn't want more drama and issues for the 3rd time so we started looking at other local appliance stores. Temecula Appliance was down the street so we decided to call and stop by. I'm so glad that we did! Rick was amazing and so was Jaime! We not only purchased the fridge but also the Speed Queen washer and dryer. Rick also gave us an excellent deal on an LG fridge which was a total upgrade from the previous Whirlpool fridge and it was the same price. Not to mention, we were able to get our appliances delivered the same day! Jaime did a great job on delivery. He was also able to help us with hookup. What a great experience!
