Vanessa was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, my communication with Vanessa and her team was incredible. They were so flexible with my schedule and made sure that I had an adequate amount of time for my appointment! Before visiting her location, I had already visited countless amounts of bridal stores (7+). I had not felt like I found the one in its entirety, and was going to settle! However, Vanessa's store was my last stop, and I am so glad I went! I had two visits with Vanessa and her team.

At the first visit, I went alone and I immediately felt so calm and welcomed in her presence! She allowed me to take the time to look at each of her dresses while she provided thorough explanations of each dress as we went. This was the first time that I had felt like my opinions and wants for my future dress were truly heard. I did not feel pressure to try on certain dresses over others, and she truly respected my budget!

I was able to book a second appointment (at no cost, compared to other bridal stores!) and brought my family and friends. Vanessa and her team treated everyone like her own family! She had sashes, cute glasses, photo props/cute seating, and so many treats and drinks! Everyone had the best time and even reached out to Vanessa personally after our appointment to thank her for making the experience so fun and enjoyable! My experience here was truly nothing like I had experienced in any other stores that I visited throughout Riverside and San Diego County.

And best thing yet, Vanessa is able to customize all of her dresses and create them to your liking while having them Made To Order, which significantly minimizes the need for alterations after receiving your dress! Whether the customization involves created matching sleeves, adding more beading, changing a design, or changing colors of the dress! I wish this was my first stop!!! This is the absolute best place to go wedding dress shopping! I had been to a couple of other dress shops and they didn't compare to my experience at Vanessa Alfaro Bridal and Couture. I was looking for a more unique dress and hadn't seen any that really stood out to me until I got there and there were just soooo many amazing dresses. They were exactly what I was looking for and there were so many different styles and designs. Vanessa and Liz are the nicest people and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. There was never any pressure and Vanessa even encouraged me to come back another time so I could really think about what I wanted in my wedding dress. The whole dress was customizable too which is something I did not see at the other dress stores, or if I did it was extremely expensive. Here, I got to basically design my dream wedding dress for a reasonable price within my budget of what I was looking to pay. The actual house itself is beautifulllllll, with snacks and drinks, comfortable couches and privacy to get changed, it was amazing. It is also so nice being the only one in there and not being around many other people trying on dresses. Vanessa and Liz make you feel so at home and relaxed and walk you through the whole process. They bought out so many different dresses for me to try and I got to really take my time and pick what I liked and didn't like. I never felt like anything was a problem and all my questions were answered. My wedding dress was absolutely beautiful and I really could not have wanted anything more. For all the brides who do not want the cookie cutter dresses you find in all the big stores you have to go to Vanessa Alfaro. This is the first time I’ve looked for my wedding dress and in one appointment I fell in love. Vanessa Alfaro herself helped me find the dress of my dreams! Both Vanessa and Liz are absolutely amazing. They made me feel so special and I truly believe God has answered my prayer by placing two beautiful, thoughtful and genuine people in my path. My experience was one of a kind. They never rushed me, they helped me pick out several dresses of each style. And it was a lot of dresses! They were so attentive every step of the way. The boutique is so beautiful, well organized and clean and smells so inviting. They even prepared snacks and drinks. The area to try on dresses was huge and vanessa took pictures of every angle of EVERY DRESS!!
