Wow!! Came in at 6:00p.m. Deli shut down at 5, Produce pulled at who knows what time. Asked the short older lady with glasses if someone could grab me a bunch of green onions from the back. She coldly states. "No!" I asked politely as she was with another customer, is there someone else that can? She says again "NO! I'm the.only one here!!" I ask can that guy? She says who? I say the one wearing a name tag!! "No, he can't!" Well, can I go get one? To which she replies... "No, you cannot go in the back!". Well!!! Isn't that great customer service. I'm trying to give you money for a basket of items and the.one last thing for my dinner is a green onion. Bit "No!" You cannot get that. This lady doesn't belong in customer service! And, this grocery store seems to be on the brink of going out of business as it is! Now you don't want to sell things? I wouldn't bother going here!!! It's done!!! The only reason I ever went back is because you have a guy there named Dean that will go out of his way to help you! Shame on management, and shame on ownership to let a neighborhood grocer fall so far!! I can go get 100 x better service at Kwik...

Just at store. Had 6 items. 3 checkout lanes "open". 1 had no-one in line but the cashier had walked away and was staring out the front window, another had 2 people in line with larger orders so I went to the less than 12 items lane one customer who was In the process of paying. She was getting $50 back in change and asked the cashier for a "nicer" bill. The cashier left the lane to go to the customer service register to find one. Gone 2 minutes (while I was waiting with my items on the counter) came back had NOT found a "nicer" bill asked the cashier at the next lane if he had one. He went thru all of his 50s and had one. The cashier then felt the need to add more bags to her bagging station before beginning my order. Per my receipt SHE IS THE MANAGER! Horrible customer service. Cashier could have told other customer "let me take care if this waiting customer and then I will go try to find you a "nicer" $50 bill",...

I've shopped there 3 times in the last 2 months I've moved here from the East coast. Each time has been a problem. But as of tonight, never again.

First time, I went food shopping I noticed that some of the chicken nuggets were freezer burned So I stayed away. Only buying items I really needed. I noticed a couple of flies in the deli area. So no deli for me. From then I thought never to go back because the place looked dirty and old. Also all their products.

Second, time my husband went and he bought home frozen foods like fries, chicken patties, meatballs, peppers which were all freezer burned. After I had warned him of the frozen items there. But out of convienance and distance he went. He came back with nothing good.

Tonight, I came home to open a package of bread that was moldy. I just went out bought it. 😠. Convience or not I'll NEVER GO BACK. EVERYTHING IS SPOILED OR EXPIRED....
